A collaboration between Good Works, Green Street Housing, and Loudoun County, the Atlantic Boulevard Apartments will deliver 80 fully affordable rental units in just 18 months. All units will be income-restricted to serve working families, seniors, and individuals with limited incomes, supporting the county’s long-term housing accessibility goals.
