We believe that demonstrating our expertise in person—by pointing out property flaws and analyzing value—is the best way to earn your business. Do I have to sign a contract to view a home?

To comply with Virginia law, we will ask you to sign a simple "Showing Agreement" limited only to the specific home we are viewing. This creates no long-term obligation and does not lock you into working with us exclusively. You remain free to interview other agents. We only ask for an exclusive agreement once you decide you want to write an offer.

Can you show homes listed by other companies?

Absolutely. As licensed brokers, The Jamil Brothers have full access to the entire MLS database. We can show you listings from Long & Foster, Compass, Keller Williams, and TTR Sotheby's. We also have access to "Coming Soon" properties that are not yet visible on public sites like Zillow.

How fast can we get inside?

In this market, speed is critical. For vacant homes, we can often secure access within 1-2 hours. For occupied homes, sellers typically require 2 to 24 hours notice. Once you submit the request form above, our team immediately contacts the seller to lock in the earliest possible time slot.
