Complete Pre-Licensing Education

Pass the Class & State Exams

Once you finish the online course, you will take a final exam on your computer. After passing that, you will schedule your State Licensing Exam at a local PSI testing center. The CE Shop includes "Exam Prep" tools to ensure you are ready.

Find a Sponsoring Broker

You cannot hold an "active" license without a broker. This is where you choose your team. We recommend interviewing brokerages that offer mentorship and leads (like Jamil Brothers Realty) rather than just a place to hang your license.

Apply for Your License

With your exam passed and broker selected, you submit your application to the state board (DPOR in VA). Once approved, you are officially a licensed Realtor®!
