What are the commission splits? +
We offer a competitive, tiered split structure based on production volume. Because we provide leads, marketing costs, and transaction management, your "net" income per hour worked is often significantly higher than at a 100% split brokerage where you pay for everything yourself.
Do you provide leads? +
Yes. In fact, we currently have more leads than we have agents to handle them. You are guaranteed to receive 3–6 opportunities per month to ensure your pipeline stays active while you build your own book of business.
I am a new agent. Can I join? +
Absolutely. We love new agents because you don't have bad habits yet. If you are accepted, you will enter "The Launchpad"—our 6-week intensive mentorship program designed to get you into production immediately.
