No, absolutely not. We charge 4.5% total commissions, of which 2.5% goes to buyer’s agent (which is typical) and we keep 2% as our fees. Only we are reducing our own commission, but the buyer’s agent is never affected.

Why are your fees so much lower? There has to be catch right?

No, no catch at all. There is a simple explanation to that. Most agent who work for bigger brokerages, their companies take a portion from their commissions. Samson Properties is one of the only brokers where they do not take a huge chunk of our commissions, so rather than keeping the savings, we are giving them right back to you, as a result we get more business.
